2. If you have a coupon or affiliate code, go to 2a. Otherwise go to 2b.
2a. If you have a coupon or affiliate code: Select the checkbox next to the Full Festival Pass, type your coupon code into the coupon code box at the bottom of the page and select ‘Apply Coupon’. Then select the Full Festival Pass that appears as the last item in the list. The description will start with ***discounted***.
2b. Select the checkbox next to Full Festival Pass.
3. Select one class per time slot. If a class is not listed on this page, the class has been filled.
4. Make your purchase by clicking the Paypal button.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your class schedule. Please print this and bring it with you to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on April 21st.
If you register for general classes and do not purchase the festival pass, your class registration will be cancelled immediately.
*In this release, the term “management” refers to the following: Lineage Dance, Lineage Performing Arts Center, The Pasadena Center Operating Company, The Pasadena Dance Festival, the instructors, the coordinators and the representatives of these people and entities. By purchasing this festival pass to the Pasadena Dance Festival, I hereby agree for myself, my heirs and my assignees as follows: I, the undersigned participant or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor, do hereby choose to participate or have my child participate in the classes presented by Lineage Dance at the Lineage Performing Arts Center. I further acknowledge and understand that by participating in this event, there is a possibility that the participant may sustain physical injury (minimal, serious, or catastrophic) in connection with his or her participation. I further acknowledge and understand that I am assuming the risk of such physical illness or injury by this participation. I further hold the event manager harmless against all damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, or judgments, including attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of participation in this event. I understand that in an unlikely event of an injury or illness during class, if the participant is incapacitated or otherwise unable to make a decision about seeking medical care, there will be an attempt to notify the emergency contact at the phone number below prior to seeking medical treatment for such injury or illness. I hereby hold the management harmless in the exercise of authority for injuries or illness that a participant may sustain. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any medical bills that may be incurred on my behalf for physical illness or injury that I may sustain during the event. I acknowledge and understand that the management has established rules and regulations pertaining to conduct, behavior, and activities of all participants must abide by during classes, and that I will be responsible for my own failure to abide by those rules and regulations. I understand that any violation of the rules can result in dismissal from the class. PHOTO RELEASE: In addition, I give my permission, in the event that I am photographed or videotaped while participating in the event for use by the news media, or for the use of Lineage Dance to create a DVD for promotional purposes, which may be utilized in the advancement of grant opportunities.
